Contact Name for Proofing (will not appear in business listing):

A proof of your business listing will soon be sent to you for final approval. Simply e-mail back indicating "OK to print." All proofs must be returned within 24 hours of receipt or your business listing will be printed in the October 15^th Eat & Drink Guide exactly as the proof was sent to you via the e-mail address you provided.
