For the second straight year, Dillon and the Portland Pickles are throwing the party of the summer in Lents Park. This time around, Speedy Ortiz headline the main stage with their anthemic blend of off-kilter grunge, while Seattle-based blues and punk power trio the Black Tones and local indie-rockers Dogheart get the good times underway.
