Amen, Sibling!!!! Shitty dog owners hurt us all, most especially the very dogs they claim to love. I am so sorry for your puppy and the pit bull that was managed so very poorly. And summer is just beginning. Be ready at all times to defend these defenseless ones: locked in hot cars, staked out on a chain with neither cover nor water, forced to run alongside a bicycle OR EVEN A CAR!!!!, poorly managed both on- and off-leash, and all the rest of it.
